Professional Profile
Alison graduated from the University of Northampton and began working for the NHS. Throughout university, she had the opportunity to work in many different settings, including high-risk diabetic care, biomechanics and Paediatrics. During her time in the NHS, Alison developed her skills in assessing and treating patients with wounds resulting from diabetes and vascular disease. She also enjoyed joining the district nursing and tissue viability teams to increase her experience.
Alison enjoys treating a variety of conductions; whether it’s a simple corn removal, completing biomechanical assessments and prescribing orthotics or treating verrucas – she loves helping people.
