Booking Your Appointment

Prior to booking your appointment, you will need to:

  • Enquire with Cigna to obtain an authorisation number
  • Find out if you have any excess that you will need to pay
For subsequent visits, please check with Cigna if you will need another authorisation code. If Cigna fails to cover your consultation fees, we will send you an invoice to be paid within 30 days.
