Booking Your Appointment
Prior to booking your appointment, you will need to:
- Enquire with Aviva to obtain an authorisation number
- Find out if you have any excess that you will need to pay
Claiming Back From Aviva
You will need to pay for your consultation fees in full at the end of your appointment, and we will provide you with a formal invoice. You will then submit your invoice directly to Aviva for reimbursement. All our podiatrists are HcPC and College of Podiatry registered.
For subsequent visits, please check with AVIVA if you will need another authorisation code. If Aviva fails to cover your consultation fees, we will send you an invoice to be paid within 30 days.
